Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner

A bit about the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE or Fee Earner with equivalent experience to join our busy Private Client team.
This position offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility from the outset, assisting the Head of Department, gaining exposure to training and support. You will be dealing with existing clients as well as new ones, offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and ensuring that the service levels we provide remain top-class.
Day to day responsibilities
In this role you can expect to assist on most aspects of Private Client work.
Building up a good rapport with referrers and clients
Giving clients confidence to instruct Backhouse to solve their problems
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Dealing with Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation Matters
Dealing with Court of Protection cases
Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
Growing the Backhouse business – working with the rest of the team to develop new opportunities and communicating our message to attract new clients.
