You day to day responsibilities will include…
• Handle inbound & outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
• Respond to customer email enquiries
• Identify customer needs and guide them to the right service or product
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships
• Stay organised and driven to meet targets and deadlines
• Promote additional products where appropriate

The Hours
In this role you will work forty hours per week, on a well-planned rotating three-week rota. You will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, or 8.30am to 5.00pm, or 9am to 5.30pm, or 9.30am to 6pm. You will also work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8.30am to 2.00pm.
